MeshTek power and signal accessories connect BlueHopper’s Minleon permanent lighting across larger installations, with transformers powering up to 400 24V pixels or four flood lights, repeaters bridging wireless gaps, and signal extensions carrying control data over longer distances. These components manage the power, signal, and network connections between compatible lights and controllers as a permanent-lighting layout grows.
MeshTek Transformers for Lighting and Fixture Controllers
The MeshTek Transformer supplies power to compatible 4-port and fixture signal controllers used with permanent lighting, flood lights, and wall washers. A compatible transformer can power up to 400 24V pixels or four flood fixtures, giving larger installations a defined power source for connected lighting.
Minleon offers 24V DC transformer configurations for permanent-lighting applications, with separate 12V options for compatible holiday-lighting pixels.
Repeaters for Wireless Gaps
A MeshTek Repeater strengthens the Bluetooth Mesh network where distance, structures, or other obstacles create gaps between connected devices. The repeater bridges those gaps and helps the mesh route communication around obstacles instead of requiring every controller or fixture to connect directly across the full distance.
BlueHopper’s MeshTek Repeater supports large projects and extended control-range requirements where additional Bluetooth Mesh coverage is needed.
Signal Extensions for Fixture Connections
MeshTek 5-pin Signal Extensions carry the data and control connection between compatible fixtures over greater distances. Minleon specifies a maximum signal distance of 30 feet in any direction before the control signal begins to deteriorate.
This gives installers a clear signal-distance limit when positioning controllers, flood fixtures, wall washers, and other compatible MeshTek components across a larger property.
Signal T for Multiple Floods and Wall Washers
The MeshTek Signal T connects multiple compatible RGBW flood lights and wall washers to the control signal. The Signal T carries the fixture data connection while power runs on a separate line, keeping the control and power paths distinct within the installation.
This configuration is useful when several architectural or landscape fixtures need to participate in the same controlled lighting area.
Power Extensions and Power T Connections
MeshTek Power Extensions increase the distance between the power source and compatible fixtures using 2-pin power connections. The MeshTek Power T supplies power to the controller and individual MeshTek fixtures while the data signal travels on its own connection.
Separating power and signal paths gives larger permanent-lighting layouts more flexibility when fixture placement does not match the location of the controller or power source.
4-Wire Adapters for DoubleDATA Lighting
RGB+4-Wire Adapters connect Minleon RGB+2 and RGBW+2 DoubleDATA light strings to compatible MeshTek or NDB controller outputs. The controller configuration is then matched to the connected RGB+2 or RGBW+2 lights.
This allows Minleon’s redundant 4-wire data architecture to connect with the control hardware used across compatible permanent-lighting installations.
BlueHopper Connectivity Components
BlueHopper also provides connectivity components for larger outdoor-lighting layouts. The 2-Pin to 4-Pin Adapter and Data Extender connects power configurations and boosts data signals over longer distances, while 4-Wire Jumpers and T-Ways bridge gaps and distribute power and data between connected lighting sections.
These components give installers additional ways to manage spacing, power distribution, and signal continuity as an exterior-lighting layout becomes more complex.
Outdoor Power Components
BlueHopper’s 24V Power Supply converts AC input to the DC power required by compatible outdoor LED lighting. The power supply carries an IP67 outdoor rating and includes over-voltage, short-circuit, over-current, and over-temperature protection.
Matching the power source to the lighting load, controller configuration, and cable distances helps maintain stable operation across the permanent-lighting installation.
