MeshTek Control for Minleon Permanent Lighting
BlueHopper’s MeshTek controllers connect compatible Minleon permanent lighting to app-based control, with 1-port controllers supporting up to 400 lights, 4-port controllers supporting up to 800, and Gateway connectivity adding off-site scheduling and control. The same control layer manages colors, white presets, animated effects, scenes, schedules, and grouped lighting across compatible installations.
1-Port Control for Smaller Installations
The MeshTek 1 Port Controller for Minleon Lights provides one control channel for smaller Minleon lighting installations. The controller operates from 8V to 36V DC, carries up to 4 amps, and uses Bluetooth Mesh through a smartphone or MeshTek Gateway.
Its IP65 enclosure supports outdoor installations, while weekly, annual, and calendar-based scheduling lets the lighting operate automatically according to the programmed setup.
4-Port Control for Larger Lighting Systems
The 4-port MeshTek controller supports up to 800 Minleon lights, giving larger installations additional control capacity across multiple lighting runs. Separate ports allow a project to divide lighting across different sections while managing those sections within the same MeshTek control environment.

Colors, Scenes, and Animated Effects
MeshTek control lets compatible Minleon lights display colors, white presets, mood lighting, animated effects, and saved scenes. The 1-port controller supports more than 20 programmable effects and scenes, with speed and color settings that can be adjusted for different lighting displays.
This allows the same permanent lighting installation to change from everyday architectural lighting to seasonal, event, or decorative displays without changing the installed fixtures.
Automatic Lighting Schedules
MeshTek scheduling automates when permanent lighting turns on and which scenes run at different times. Compatible controllers support weekly, annual, and calendar-based schedules, allowing lighting displays to follow recurring routines, holidays, events, or other planned dates.
Scheduling keeps the permanent lighting useful throughout the year without requiring users to manually select the same settings each time.
Grouped Lighting Control
MeshTek can group compatible lighting so separate areas operate together when required. Rooflines, perimeter lights, Light Bars, Pebbles, D35 pucks, and compatible flood fixtures can participate in coordinated scenes while remaining separate controllable parts of the installation.
Grouped control is especially useful when a property uses more than one Minleon light format but needs those areas to follow the same colors or effects.
Bluetooth Mesh Connectivity
MeshTek controllers communicate through Bluetooth Mesh rather than relying only on Wi-Fi for local lighting control. This gives compatible Minleon lighting a wireless control layer designed for installations where multiple lights and controllers need to operate across the property.

Bluehopper App Control
The Bluehopper app for iOS and Android provides the user interface for compatible MeshTek-controlled Minleon lighting. Users can manage lighting colors, scenes, effects, schedules, and groups through the app while the MeshTek controllers handle communication with the connected lights.
MeshTek also provides installer tools for system setup and commissioning, keeping installation functions separate from everyday user control.
Gateway-Based Off-Site Control
The MeshTek Gateway connects compatible Bluetooth Mesh devices to the local network and internet through Wi-Fi or Ethernet. This adds off-site monitoring, scheduling, and lighting control when users are away from the property.
The Gateway provides an open-air Bluetooth control range of up to 200 meters and supports both Wi-Fi and Ethernet connectivity.
