Certified Installer Program Agreement
Thank you for your interest in becoming a BlueHopper Landscape Lighting Certified Installer!
To become a Certified Installer of other products, fill out the registration form and a representative will reach out to you.
This Agreement outlines the requirements and benefits of participating in the program. By enrolling, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
Requirements:
- Minimum Initial Purchase: To become a Certified Installer, you are required to make a minimum initial purchase of $1,000 worth of Landscape Lighting BlueHopper products.
- Online Training: You must complete a mandatory online training module on the BlueHopper training portal. This training typically takes approximately 30 minutes.
- Training Call: You will participate in a training call with a BlueHopper representative to ensure a comprehensive understanding of product installation and best practices. This call typically lasts approximately 30 minutes.
Returns Policy:
- Products returned within 15 days of the receiving date in original packaging will be subject to a restocking fee of 18%.
- No returns will be accepted after 15 days from the receiving date.
